OpenGov Services LLC is dedicated to providing the highest standard of customer care throughout your immigration or non-immigration process. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us promptly at info@globepasshub.com, and we will review your request in accordance with this policy.
POLICY TERMS
By purchasing services on this website, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published on this site.
Refund requests must be submitted prior to the submission of your application to the relevant government authority.
Once your application has been reviewed and approved by you for submission, and subsequently submitted to the appropriate government authority, the service is considered rendered and no refund will be issued for service fees.
If a material administrative error attributable to OpenGov Services LLC is identified prior to submission, we will correct and resubmit the application at no additional cost.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@globepasshub.com with the subject line:
“Refund Request”
The request must include:
- Full name of the applicant
- Invoice number or order ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Refund requests will be reviewed within 24–48 hours after receipt of all required information.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take between 1–7 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Government processing fees paid to the relevant Canadian authorities are non-refundable once submitted. These fees are determined and retained by the government authority and are outside the control of OpenGov Services LLC.
Payments made to third parties (if applicable) are also non-refundable once processed.

If a refund is approved under this policy, it will be processed promptly in accordance with the timelines stated above.
LIMITATIONS
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes in connection with any government application. Approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
Refund eligibility does not apply in cases where:
- False or misleading information was provided by the applicant
- Government eligibility requirements change
- The application is refused for reasons beyond our administrative control
