Terms and Conditions of Use
You understand and agree that GlobePassHub.com, operated by OpenGov Services LLC, is not a law firm or lawyer, cannot perform the services that a lawyer does, and its forms or templates do not substitute for legal advice or legal services. Instead, you are representing yourself in this legal matter. No attorney-client relationship or privilege is created by using OpenGov Services LLC or its website located at https://globepasshub.com. Your visit and/or use of this website indicates that you clearly accept and understand the Legal Notices, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy displayed on this site.
You understand that these Terms of Service contain a binding individual arbitration agreement to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions, and limit the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.
You agree to receive electronic communications from globepasshub.com by OpenGov Services LLC as part of the services we provide. As part of our services, we may assign a unique email address to your account to help OpenGov Services LLC receive notices from the government agency processing your travel document and submit your application. If at any time you do not wish OpenGov Services LLC to continue using this email associated with your account, or to stop receiving notices about your application, please let us know by emailing info@globepasshub.com.
You understand that the review of your responses by OpenGov Services LLC is limited to the integrity, spelling, and internal consistency of names, addresses, and similar details. You will read the final application(s) before signing, where applicable, and agree to be solely responsible for the final application(s) and their content.
Accuracy of Information and Third-Party Consent
By signing this agreement, you warrant, to the best of your knowledge, the accuracy and correctness of all information provided to OpenGov Services LLC, and also agree to our third-party processing authorizations involving the use of your data and digital signature.
Non-English Speaking Clients
You understand that certain materials on OpenGov Services LLC, including but not limited to questionnaires, documents, instructions, and presentations, are available only in English. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only. In case of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Except as prohibited by law, you shall hold OpenGov Services LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees and all related litigation and arbitration costs, whether arising in contract, negligence, or otherwise, or arising from or in connection with this agreement, even if OpenGov Services LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability, if present, shall be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, excluding consequential or punitive damages.
Third-Party Services
If you purchase a product that involves third-party services, you understand that you may be required to accept additional terms on the third party’s website. The third party may contact you via email and/or phone with instructions on how to access your benefits. OpenGov Services LLC disclaims any liability for any information, material, product, or service published or offered as part of any third-party service. OpenGov Services LLC is not responsible for any failures of products or services offered or advertised on those websites. Please note that a third-party company will have a privacy policy different from that of OpenGov Services LLC and may guarantee a lower level of security than OpenGov Services LLC.
Third-Party Payment Services
Our platform utilizes secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your payments are subject to the terms and conditions of these providers. For more information, please refer to the Fanbasis Terms of Service and Fanbasis Privacy Policy
Future Products and Services
If you choose to add an additional product or service to your order after this initial purchase, these Terms of Service will apply to that additional purchase.

Any cause of action or claim you may have regarding this website (including, but not limited to, the purchase of any product and/or service) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms of Service shall be consolidated with any other party’s arbitration, whether through class arbitration procedures or otherwise. You agree to arbitrate individually. Neither you nor we shall have the right to consolidate claims with other users or participate in any claim as a class, class member, or in a representative capacity. The arbitration tribunal shall not have the power to consolidate more than one (1) person’s claims, and any challenge to the class action waiver may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction. By using this website, you affirm your agreement to this waiver.

You acknowledge that OpenGov Services LLC reserves the right to monitor, suspend, terminate, edit, disclose, refuse to post, or delete, at its sole discretion, any material, content, and/or activity on any part of this website. Although we may investigate a claim that submitted content violates these Terms of Service, we are not obligated to remove it and assume no liability arising from any action taken.
Filing Fees
The purchase prices listed for our application assistance services do NOT include any government filing fees, medical exams, submissions, or biometric fees. These fees are final and non-refundable. Please refer to the Refund Policy.
